General presentation |
| |
At the Singapura, they have chosen the speciality cuisine of Singapore known as Nonya. Nonya cuisine originated from the marriage of Chinese traders to local Malay women along the Straits settlements of Penang, Malacca and Singapore during the 15th to the 19th centuries. Inevitably, this resulted in the mixing of Chinese cuisine with the use of indigenous Malay spices and aromatic herbs of the region. At Singapura Leadenhall Street EC3 they can offer a private room with seating for up to 12, a private area with seating for up to 40 or they can offer the exclusive use of the restaurant. |
